Before attempting to use your wand/yoni egg after it has been damaged, be sure to thoroughly inspect to ensure it hasn't been damaged beyond repair.

If you have merely chipped your wand/yoni egg, run your finger or tongue over the chip to check the sharpness,

- If there is no sharpness and you are comfortable with the sensation then it is generally safe to continue using however this is totally personal preference.

- If the chip is sharp and causes discomfort, do not use the wand/yoni egg internally anymore.

If you have ordered one of our products on pre-order please note that we will send all items in one parcel when all items become available.

If your tracking number outlines the parcel has been delivered please contact your local post office.
On an occasion a parcel may have been lost or stolen we can lodge an investigation with Australia post.
